Her pursuit of specialization led her to complete her Ophthalmology residency at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital in Bronx, New York. Seeking to further refine her skills, she then pursued a Glaucoma Fellowship at the esteemed Jules Stein Eye Institute in Los Angeles, California. This dedicated training equipped her with the expertise to address a wide spectrum of eye care needs.

Dr. Ackerman attended Northwell Health/ Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital for residency and completed his fellowship training at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern in Cornea, External Disease, and Keratorefractive Surgery, solidifying his expertise in treating complex eye conditions.

Dr. Ackerman offers a comprehensive range of services to his patients.
